Born in Santa Coloma de Gramanet, he´s a visual artist and director using mainly photography and video based between Paris and Barcelona. He have developed projects in places such as Yemen, Siria, Pakistan or Brazil, for different clients like National Geographic, Le Monde, Spiegel, El Pais Semanal and The New York Times. He received different awards including 2012 World Press Photo of the Year, and 2016 Ortega y Gasset, among others. His photographs are part of important collections like Foundation Vila Casas, Banc Sabadell and BBVA Foundation among others. In 2025 he co-directed his first documentary serie for TV3, following the NGO Open Arms that rescue migrants in the mediterranean.
Danny Story graduated with First-Class Honours in Filmmaking and Creative Media from the University of the West of England. He has over 10 years of experience leading advertising audiovisual content projects in the gastronomy, sports, cosmetics, and real estate sectors from start to finish for clients such as Gout Rouge, La Vanguardia, MediaMarkt, FC Barcelona, Puig, and Engel & Völkers. More recently, he has joined broadcast teams working on documentaries for 3Cat and HBO, while also producing short-form documentaries with the Vents Violents team.
Born in the United Kingdom and graduated in Filmmaking and Creative Media from the University of the West of England, Bristol. Now with over nine years of experience in the audiovisual sector, combining a creative eye with a strong technical command of shooting and editing. He has worked as an editor, camera operator, and motion graphics designer on documentary, commercial, and artistic projects. Clients incluiding La Vanguardia, Aperol Spritz, Garofalo Pasta, Save the Children, MediaMarkt and many more.
Annie Montero Abad Born in Maresme, lover of the sea and with more than 15 years of experience as a production manager. With a degree in Film and Audiovisuals from Barcelona, she has produced documentary series and television formats for HBO, Movistar, RTVE, TV3, Atresmedia and Discovery. She has developed her professional career on the programme ‘SALVADOS’ and in the documentaries directed by David Trueba, ‘La Sagrada Familia’ and ‘Sofía y la Vida Real’, the M+ documentary “MERCENARIO”, produced by STUDIO MEDIAPRO, and the documentary series ‘A CONTRACORRENT, 10 ANYS D'OPEN ARMS’ for 3Cat. She is currently a lecturer in documentary production at the UAB and a freelance production manager in various formats for 3Cat and RTVE.
Journalist, Researcher and Camera operator specialized in social issues and culture. Experience as a society and culture reporter at La Vanguardia, in editorial communications at Grupo Planeta, and as a camera operator for the 3Cat documentary A Contracorrent: 10 anys d’Open Arms. Holds a degree in Journalism from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a degree in Documentary Photography from the Institut d’Estudis Fotogràfics de Catalunya.
